RAIN , RAIN GO AWAY

boy , when it rains it pours. How is 11inches of rain in two days sound . I can go fishing in my street or at least go for a boat ride.
I'm still in Watertown MA, headed back to sunny South Carolina next week. Our official rain total so far is something like 14 inches. Greenough Blvd in front of my building is closed due to flooding. The Charles looks really high. !0 miles north of here up around Peabody and Methuen, rivers have shut down the area. The is the worst flooding in 70 years. Incredible.
Wow. Wish we could get some of that rain over here. We've been going through a bad drought the last few years, and the water restrictions suck.
Can't wash your car with the hose, can only water the garden on particular days and time etc.
We even have Water Patrol officers going around fining people on the spot for breaking the law on water wastage. I got warned for hosing down the boat after a day out at sea.
