how big is your bass? usually the arowana should be 1/3 bigger than the bass, safer but doesn't secure that the aro won't be bullied~

his bass is only 1" mine was bigger when he died he was 17" but mean as hell

My bass is juuuust about 2 inches now, maybe a bit smaller, but the Arowana I'm thinking of getting this weekend is about 6 inches.

whats the tank size if u want to keep that bass for any amount of time your gunna need a big ass tank, were talking 6 foot x2 foot x2 foot+ for just that single bass. dont go out and buy these fish before you can house them....

my recomendation for tank mates would be, clown knife, arowana, stingray, or even flowere horn

Bump.

We bought another peacock to replace the snakehead we lost, and the bass just died too. So, I got myself a spotted gar to go with the peacock.

I'll get pictures of them today

And yes, I'll be upgrading the aquarium by Christmas, I might be getting another gar
