what kind of epoxy should i use to coat my pond after i pour the concrete and how many coatings should i put on it?

would the concrete crack in the winter from ice?

my dad told me that extra rebar and fiberglass in the concrete might help

if i drained it out before winter would a little water/ice in the bottom expand and crack the concrete?
