You can remove the object the eggs are laid on, to a small separate unoccupied tank, and place an airstone near the eggs to mimic the parents fanning the eggs. Some people add a drop of methylene blue to prevent fungus from growing on the eggs. After they hatch, they will not need to be fed for a few days while they use up their yolk sacs, when they start to swim, they will need to be fed small amounts multiple times per day. Do lots of small partial water changes. I allow plenty of algae to grow in my fry tanks for constant grazing.
