tumblers are for cichlids that keep the eggs in their mouth so i dont know if that would help you. i have read that the eggs want to be on the bottom of plants but you have plants you said.
the eggs are supposed to stick to the under side of the plants maybe if you move them into another tank with the same water with the parents they would have a better chance. also have many hiding spaces they will turn cannibalistic on each other if they are to close.
Eggs stick to plastic plants. I normally don't move them. Have a 10 gal fry tank that I used. For water, I tried breeding transferring tank water, tried half breeding tank water/half distilled, tried my reg well water also. Still, fry die. Thought it was food, but daphnia worked. Had seen success with fry eating them, then a few weeks and BAM...fish kill. Had temp regulated at 80F. At last check and water change, I had two fry. Don't want to mess with them until I have a good plan. Attached some photos of tank set up and adults. Poor quality, sorry about that..... BTW earlier image of eggs should be in mm.
