a 3 point is what you do when you find out the street is too narrow for a u turn, so you go in reverse. thats what i was about to do when I got hit. I wasnt even in motion! So my acura will just need some new tires, I wont even fix that front panel.(rather save $ to buy fish)
As far as allstate, I guess I'm not in "good hands" after all. Im changing my insurnce. Just want a company that will try a bit harder for me.

thanks everyone. I'm not even pissed at the other driver, it could have happened to me. the sun was setting, hard to see, and I speed too. But your insurance should do the right thing.

Some times I think to my self "times are rough. I must have some good times ahead!. And then I think,"No, this must be bad karma for all the shizz ive done in the past."
