Ya might have to cut back on the doughnuts . . . ;)

I was about 180 in that photo. had actually lost about 60 lbs skating distances, before that photo was taken.

I was about 240lbs. I couldn't jog at all, but I could still skate. About 1/4 mile.

But with exercise I improved.
It took me from 2008 to 2010 to lose 72 lbs and I have gained back a bit.
I got down to 168 for a season. I was skating 10 miles a day.

I'm about 180 right now, but I prefer 175.

Thats impressive!!! I know i need to get more active... hoping once i move to a new country things will change and i’ll get out more...

I know a lot of guys i used to skate with when they were 20ish are still skating now that they’re in their 50’s albeit not doing crazy stuff like 15-20 stair jumps like before...

I have a little Forum Just for Gnarly Old Geezers who still do things like skate.

I'm not going to link to it.

That place is so well-behaved I don't think I've taken 2 or 3 moderation actions since it opened.

That's because almost everyone on the Forum were people who I knew from other forums and invited there.

It's not a real active place achieving perhaps 50,000 page views a month.

But because of that it doesn't cost much to host either.
