The op has two threads going for the same thing. In the other he thinks it's a walking catfish. Anyone else find this odd?

Oh yeah I was going to say its more then likely a madtom... I mean cmon, wels sell for a good bit and walking cats are illegal so only black market would import, so if only black market is importing then a banned specimen like that would be worth a pretty penny. Either way I doubt it would make its way into a feeder fish tank in some lfs, madtoms do quite a bit. Ive gotten 3 out of feeder tanks before... they just got eaten though lol

Sorry I didn't realize that Clarias is a banned fish in the US.
Right in Asia where I m from, it's sold as a feeder fish.
I also don't think that wels catfish comes in those tiny sizes ?
i have wanted a catfish for a whiel so when i saw the whiskers in the feeder tank i was all over it ill grow him out to his full size
