is it possible for a flowerhorn's hump to burst???

if so, what is the substance inside the hump??

very curious about this, cuz i saw a video on youtube that there are enormous humps on flowerhorns. i mean huge, almost melon size. :nilly:

i have also not ever heard of a flowerhorn with his head so big it exploded. i have seen alot of very nice huge head males with huge heater burns on their koks. this didn't seem to effect the hump at all, besides the short time it takes the burn to heal.

the hump either consists of bones, or if the flowerhorn has huge kok. then that guy's hump is full of water, and some fatty tissue.

a good way to tell the difference is. in a water kok you can almost see through it under good lighting, and angle. if the kok is small and doesn't look squishy, then that kok is a bony one and you cannot see through it under any lighting.

welp hope this helps you out a little bit.
