I'm setting up a rack of 3 20 longs and a 29 on top. Substrate will be 3 inches of Safe-T-Sorb or generic equivalent from autozone, with thin gravel and/or sand layers on top. Undergravel filters and corner box filters in each tank, all run off one Whisper 60-100 gallon air pump. Heavily planted, low light plants. Mostly crypts, anubius, vals, elodea, dwarf hair grass, some frogbit and some lily bulbs. Rocks and driftwood from nature. Cheap aquaneat full spectrum lights. Room is heated, so no heaters.

29: 1 Angelfish, 1 clown pleco, 8 panda cory, 10 harlequin rasbora
20: Yellow Convict breeding tank
20: lyretail killifish breeding tank
20: nano fish tank: schools of scarlet badis, celestial pearl danios, ember tetra, chili rasbora, pigmy cory, otos, shrimp

Thanks, that's what I'm going for with this rack. I have a few cichlid tanks with dithers and cats and a few single species tanks (cichlid and non-cichlid), but I wanted at least a couple true community tanks. And I've wanted to breed those 2 fish since I had them a few years ago. Now to figure out how to get everything set up and stocked before the wife notices. Keeping these tanks cheap because I'm gonna be paying extra with chunks of my backside.
