Unable to deliver shipment, return to shipper - Damaged in transit
Damaged, handling per shipper instructions

Ordered fish food, filter media, and Prime.

Now it's going to be another week before I get my stuff and I'm out of water conditioner to do a WC. :irked:

Where did you order from?

I hear you bro. Fed Ex service in my area is terrible as well. Around here, it's common for them to leave your package on the delivery truck for 2 or 3 days before they get around to delivering it. I always request UPS delivery when I need to have anything delivered to my home. UPS has never let me down.

Yeah it originally came on Saturday afternoon but I was at work and the front office was already closed.

hmmmm, I don't like drfosterandsmith. Their fish site, liveaquaria, sent me a wonderful bag of 12 dead exodons. Took me 2 months to get a refund, despite providing photos and complaining within 5 minutes of receiving the package

Sorry to hear about your stuff.

Fed-Ex is great here, the guy always stays while I open up fish shipments because he's curious. The last Fed-Ex fish shipment I got was leaking and the guy sprinted from the truck to my house and was opening it up as I was opening the door. He said he noticed it was leaking and was worried about the fish. I only lost one angel and he seemed really happy for me.

UPS on the other hand, ICK!

to be honest, I've never used water conditioners when making water changes.

I've kept many "sensitive" fishes, and it's no problem.

That will not work here in chloramine ville.

UPS and Fed ex are both really good in my area UPS will usually just leave the packages on my porch but fed ex has you sign for them.
