I can't believe it...The POTUS personally interfered with my life today. I had an appointment today at 4pm in San Antonio. My Mother and me left my house(I actually live in Pflugerville which is just north of Austin) at 1:30. Obama just showed up at the Manor(Another small town to the east of Austin)High school to speak. This is an hour and half road trip. Got about 1/4 to 1/2 mile to the road he would likely pass on to get to I-35 which would lead him to his next stop. Got stuck in total stopped traffic for the next HOUR. Once they opened this major highway traffic crawled about 20mph below the speed limit which had cops every 3/4 miles for the next 5 miles.

The hotel he went to was about 500 feet off from the highway. So I guess I was roughly 500-800 feet from him.

I ended up getting to my appointment at 4:16. I told them to blame the president and not to give me any grieve. 2 hours and 45 minutes for a 70 mile drive

When Al Bore i mean Gore was Vise Pres & came home to TN he always made sure to roll thru @ rush hour & shut the city down. Always left at morning rush hour. Completely shut the interstate down for 20 miles Bo directions for 3 hours each time.
