what would be a good food for these guys specially when we rarely seen them eating?do they need much oxygen in the water or does water level matters in this case?

Good food for them is Hikari sinking wafers and bloodworms.
They're catfish, so they will eat smaller fish that can fit in their mouth.

And why would they need any less oxygen than any other fish?

I have one. It's a great looking fish but I rarely ever see it! Every time I see him he looks chubby so I'm sure he's eating. I feed all the fish frozen brine shrimp and floating cichlid pellets.

stick an eareth worm or two depending on the rapheals size , rinse the worm in tank water in a bowl and place the worm after its dark and worm is still alive in its hide will be gone quickly.

great looking one you have, I hope mine will be bigger than that one day, lol. What sort of meaty food? earth worms?can I give them feeders?

I've never seen mine go for any feeders and if you meant feeder fish, they are absolutely not hygienic where parasites are a main concern. Don't waste space for feeder fish when you could simply give them chopped earthworms, shrimps, mussels, bloodworms, brine shrimps, etc.
