I've never seen a non-hybrid pure midas have red eyes. Interesting fish. Did Jeff say it was F0 or give any other info on the fish other then Black/orange morph because usually all midas have black on them when they are young that eventually fades out. Please keep us updated on his progress, i'm interested to see how he grows out.
Update: He's F1 stock, I would have loved to see his parents. He should turn into a gorgeous fish Congrats....By the way Jeff has them labeled as Orange Head midas..
