Glad to know the male is getting some :D They are suppose to hang their fry, but mine hid them in pits all over the place...no hanging.

Ill take a video. I took one of courting but would have felt stupid had I posted that and no spawn. I just came home to eggs so I will take another video tomorrow. that would be neat if they hung the fry. glad my rearranging sparked some spawning. This is in one of the 'spawn sites' that i set up too. Im real pleased. Seems to only be 100 eggs or so maybe. What kind of breeder net do you use for the fry? I think I saw that you used one.

at what size do you notice the spotting and worming on your young notatus?

I don't remember exactly when they started to show dots/worming....quite early I think.

Well you were def. right about it being male. Thanks for the link. I have a gift card to a store that sells these so I will go get one the day after Christmas. Ill probably post a video the 26th too. I hope they are good parents in the mean time. Wish they were both wild caught instead of one WC and one f1. Will be hard to explain if I try to sell them. I guess it would be f2, although really just f1.5:naughty:
