Rapps Orinos??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
With shipping they would be 70 a piece if I was to buy,I am glad I was able to get a couple wild hybrids from Alex.

i really want them but notthat bad for $50.00 also there not as rare as pinimas, and the orinos are more money....I want to see pics of them.....

I e-mailed Rapps and asked him where they were collected and he said the Orinoco river. Is that too broad of an answer to get a good idea of what they will look like?

The Orinoco river system is one of the largest in South America, originating along the southern borders of Venezuela and Brazil, in the state of Amazonas. The exact length of the river is still undetermined, with estimates between 1,500 to 1,700 mi (2,410–2,735 km) long, making it among the world's largest river systems.

The Orinoco river basin is huge, estimated between 880,000 and 1,200,000 square km. The name Orinoco is derived from Guarauno words meaning “a place to paddle

That's what I thought so I assume their are different variations of orinos in there right?

I would say there would definitely be a need for him to be more specific than just "orinoco river." A combination of a few things has caused me to decide to skip these orinos. I am holding out for something better.

lol i promise you they will grow up to be nice

Yeah from what I know I would assume that's correct. But don't be scared off by the generic where they came from answer. I got some mono's the other year that were just from "peru" and they were lookers and only two I've ever seen that looked like them. Everyone thought they were temsxmono, or a tem variant but they were 100% mono.. that's how different they looked.. which in this fishkeeping world is good imo..

The awesome thing about wild bass is you could end up with a variant that few or no one has yet.
