In the past I know Jeff has been super fast on responses normally responding back within a couple hours or early the next morning. Lately though after he got back from his 2-3 week month leave he has been more delayed. He had fish I wanted and when he finally got back to me they were all sold out took about 3-4 days to get a response. He may just be over loaded right now. He does have quality stock though and is worth the wait. If your worried about something selling out then just call him up. That's what I should have done.
He's a busy dude, but worth the wait. I've had him take a couple days to respond before, I left him a voicemail b/c I was worried my email got spammed out. His emails are always well detailed and thorough.
@ the OP - I'm in VA too, I always get overnight shipping and it usually runs about $45. I've never gotten any big fish though just juvies.

Ive been waiting a few days for a response as well but i have contacted him before and got a response within 24 hours so i think it just depends on how busy he is.
I either get a response in a few hours or it takes a week to hear back. I think its best to call to order personally, but that is mostly because I don't want to give out credit card or bank info over email. Phone is safer for that sort of thing.
