That pc is a platinum endlicheri, it's not an albino neither is a PBB. The price of that beast is 500000yen (JPY).
 
Dun look like a Poly bichir bichir to me. Look more to me like a SB platinum Endy (base on the number of finlets and mouth shape). Very rare to see such a good specimen.

Wow this is one Rare awesome Platinum SB ,i guess it will cost a bomb if singapore LFS do have some for sale but its definietly a good catch and must catch:D
