Plywood bottom, how long would that last you think? Marine plywood?

His tank is made from 2 old 6 foot long tanks he got for dirt cheap, and the base is 2" thick plywood sheets coated in pond armor, its a waterproof fish safe resin. There's alternatives but pond armour is probablt one of the best, so long as you seal all seams.

Spot on!

I have personally only seen one pic of this type and that is in the stickies...are these type even real??? Pics?

The one in the stickies was my actual fish Scott. She was originally acquired from a wholesalers in Birmingham called Goldenline, this business is no longer here unfortunately. She was bought as a juvenile by a friend\ customer of ours, I then bought her off him. As you do sometimes you sell fish in a moment of madness.....this was one of those moments, I regret it now. Constellata are found in the Tapajos Brazil, there is a pic of a mangled dried up specimen on a beach in Richard Ross's book.
