You are right....Miles had some in several months back, wanted some but the few he had got bought and died......So still looking, and he was selling them more than half the asking price here.....

Cetopsis in general (Especially the Acu candiru such the Cetopsis coecutiens as posted above) require high oxygen and do better in groups than singles. These fish are basicly pelagic and require a high water flow to keep well.

Cetopsis are tricky to keep for longterm but really are worth the effort..Good luck to anyone who obtains this very cool fish..

Here is a bit better pic from my collection of the same species. (This BTW took me forever to take as really they do not stop moving)

Thanks for the scientific name, I will look for them. Can I keep them with a SW Blue Whale?

No..They are Freshwater river fish. You can however keep them with Inia geoffrensis or Sotalia fluviatlis...Good luck with that though.

Yeah I got it.....But it was just too stupid for me to process without sarcasm...Sorry I actually seriously study and research these fish so I really do not find this "funny" or ammusing....And let me tell you I get alot of jokes and comments from my peers about these fish and those with related names also that I work with. Most of them are at least funny or make me smile. This one was just Lame and stupid and deserved a dry deadpan response.

Good luck selling the fish. Sorry BTW I cared to try and promote it for you.
I forget I'm not part of the ]v[ onster clique sometimes so I tend to post good information that might be useful to someone interested. I sometimes forget this is a site that for the most part cares less for accuracy in real / actual information. I'll make sure that in the future I relate Blue whales and cetopsis in some lame joke rather than provide actual information about them, so as to make a worthless response rather than anything useful to someone that may be interested in buying the fish.

I'm sure that this will sell the fish quicker and let the new owner know what they are getting better.

Gee dude are they like Blue whales :headbang2 Awesome dude man they Fit good in a 10 gallon:headbang2 :headbang2
