Im pretty sure Australia isn't a cold water climate?

doesnt mean that someone there didnt import some darters, then dump them in a local stream/mine or wherever, darters are cold water fish so its very possible for them to live in other cold water climates.

i know the chances are small, but its still possible, after all, snakeheads are all over virginia and maryland now arent they?

As it says and clearly is to anyone who has seen one its a gudgeon. Not sure if thats what you call a darter in the US but i doubt it.
And Kakadu regularly has temperatures over 40c so def isnt a cold climate.
