You know when you have a tank that isnt full or glass that has constant splashing water on it? Well that stuff that never goes away unless u razorblade the heck out of it (and even that usualy wont get it off, or vinegar) is whats all over the OUTSIDE of the tank. Its not white like calcium build up its almost tan to brown in color. It goes away when you wet it (as I did attempt to clean it before I set it up) but as soon as it dries its back to its tan foggy coloration. I got this tank from a fish store and for YEARsssssss it was a 1/4 filled mudskipper, african frog etc tank. Its not something I can just wipe off.
Trust me I hate dirty glass more than the next guy but I had to set him up in something as he is tiny and cannot be housed with anything else I keep. Ive had the lung for not even 24hrs and now that I know this tank is crap id love get him in something nicer.
