From my side I can confirm that this is indeed a very nice specimen of the rare Crenicichla Asiata (aka Schlangenkopf).
As far as SHs are concerned, it is illegal to obtain, keep, sell, transfer, or ship any live SH species/subspecies, and it's viable eggs, in the US and its' territories.
