And any 3 of those species you listed would be cool to keep. I'm thinking about tracking down some nourisatti or altifrons this summer

Yep, I know he does. But I'm hoping to see some other species available from Rapps and others this summer. Kinda holding on to the hope of seeing istlanum available. Too bad Dan doesn't have any female pantostictus Also have to decide on what to do with my pair of cubans too.

Rapps only carries the ugly white morf of saggitae too.

Lol, that's where I just got mine, but I like him, I actually like the Xanthic sagittaes better than the barred. But that's just me. Mine is no bigger than 1 1/2 inches TL. He is in a 30 long with some slightly smaller Hemichromis frempongis. The sagittae and frempongis will be moving to a 150 in about 9 days, give or take a few.

those are ugly IMO but if you like them thats cool. Some species are cool looking xanthic some are not. Jags / firemouths and other fish are fun to see different forms of but xanthic amphilophus just doesn't appeal to me for some reason and I love amphilophus.

The xanthic form will turn orange as they grow like color of labiatus. I have two 7" males.

well lyonsi are a endangered species so that tells you something lol.
