Rarest fish ever seen

Red Asian Arowana. It was confiscated and now shown at our local aquarium.

A sturgeon at my LFS (not sure what kind, but they're hard to come by around me).

A while back I was at Shark Aquarium and they had a bunch of Catfish that didnt seem to have been scientifically described. They were labelled as "unidentified" and were not for sale. They were 3-4" long and silvery, very active.

I have seen those 2 videos but I have never seen any other information, links or proof that anyone else has ever owned one or even seen one. I tend to think that this fish and those crazy golden or albino pbass and the shortbody platinum redtail catfish have to be the rarest in the fish keeping hobby.
