I have a Lemon, pretty common these days though. A. Crassipinnis (Sp) are related and very very rare. I have only seen one posted from someones tank.

well its kinda rare to find wild oscars besides the venders here that has them ( i think tangled up in cichlids has them to ) or jeff rapp

jeff rapps owns tangled up in cichlids :screwy:

platinum are kinda rare, so are lemon, true albinoes, and the midnight oscars. i have only seen one platinum and one midnight, the midnight was sweet, every thing on them is black, even their eyes. but as was posted allready, there are no really rare oscars.

Really I'd agree with the wild ones as far as being rarer, you could collect different subspecies of them but in the end it would still be a tank full of oscars.

I would sell some of my toes for a midnight

wild ones are kinda rare ,and midnights are rare.but you have to be careful i bought a midnight before and it changed as it got older, ended up looking like a tiger with out the red in it.

that would still look kick arse, as long as you did not pay a whole heap load extra.
