do you not see the chain laying beside the dog! does it look like it is on it! i didnt say my dogs were full breed i just wanted to put the pictures up! and before you say anything about breeding NO I AM NOT GOING TO! im not an idiot so look at the pictures and be happy! and know they have a leash that they both walk on and yeh they are mainly outside dogs they do get to run around my house inside a fence barking at people. but they like to jump out sometime so yes they are sometimes CHAINED UP BECAUSE I LOVE MY DOGS AND I DONT WANT THEM MISSING!

Well, a chain coming from what looks like your dogs " house" through the photo, with no view of the D ring on the collar, would make someone think the chain is being used to restrain the dog. What is the chain for then? Your last sentence "yes they are sometimes CHAINED UP BECAUSE I LOVE " I thought you didnt use a chain on your dogs?

dude quote where i said i didnt put my dogs on achain!!! i was trying to show where it wasnt always on one before you ever said anything bout a chain! and if you cant see the cord going under her doggie armpit then you need to get some glasses but you need to chill out! If you think these dogs were better off running around on the streets instead being taken care of at my home. and if you want to come talk to my dogs vet so he can tell you that they are perfectly healthy and loving animals then bring your butt on down to NC and lets take a ride!

I seem to be missing the post where it talks about which pit is the rarest. Is there one thats more desirable above the others? Or is it all just a matter of personal opinion?

there is no such thing as a rare pit bull. the most desirable pit bull would be the one that you want, or the one that loves you.

in show circles, its the one that has the best pedigree. and in fighting circles, or folks that believe that they have to have "game" dogs, named bloodlines and "gameness" are the big things.

to me, all of that is superficial. Pit bulls are great family pets, goofy and fun and wonderful companions. i'll rescue pit bulls, but i won't buy a pit bull from a breeder because there are too many people out there breeding them for the wrong reasons.

i've seen folks out in a parking lot, selling pit bulls out of the back of their cars, like drug dealers. and the dogs have all kinds of defects, overshot jaws, sway backs, bad hips, can't bark, oddly shaped heads... but they are pumping out puppies with these defective dogs and telling folks that they are "rare" because of a color or something that was in their heritage 30 generations ago and charging big $$$$ for them.

i want to make clear, right now, that i am NOT saying anything against the OP's dogs. i am just answering peanut powers' question.

lol i know you werent and you made everything better by saying that! dont breed pitbulls unless they have good papers or just dont breed at all. I'm tired of seeing these dogs that are just being breed for someone to make money off of its bad for future of these dogs!

whats up peoplez, nice dogs everyone here is my babyGuurrrl "BLANCA" shes 9 now prob 7 in this pic, shes 60+ Lbs red nose all white with bright green eyes. saved her at 11 weeks from someone who was going to raise her as a fighting dog, and to her any other animal or dog she sees she tries to rip apart, not saying thats a good thing actually id rather she was more calm towards other dogs so I wouldnt have to walk her at 2 am after all my neighbors are done walking there dogs lol and the chain on her neck is more for looks I always walk my dog with a harness I hate colars.

sorry for bad pic, its a old camera phone pic
