Rasbora mass suicide HELP!

what floating plants do you have? I am having good luck with dwarf water lettuce because they have a large root system

I was thinking the co2 buildup at night caused them to gasp then jump. You said you pump o2 at night though, so now I am unsure...

Yeah I'm pretty regimented on keeping a good balanced co2 and o2 injection. But at the moment the Rasboras that I do have in there are behaving normally. And I haven't had a jumper in 4 days. Weird

It could have been a dump of your CO2. I've had that happen before. Over 2 days several fish jumped. Found out later that the CO2 tank was near empty and the tank had dumped. O2 and CO2 exist separately, so even if you have lots of O2, the fish can still be suffering from CO2 poisoning.

Co2 poisoning makes sense. But could it be injecting more than what I have it set at as 1 bubble a second? Like there is more concentration. Is that possible?

It is. If the regulator malfunctioned or if the tank is near empty. It's common enough that it's a named phenomenon. End of tank dump.
I can't remember the exact way it happens, but when the pressure drops too low due to a low amount of CO2 left, the regulator just lets go and dumps the remaining CO2 quite quickly.
