yep, but i wanted to make sure these babies survived. they will be in a different tub. feeder babies will stay in the group till i need to feed them off.

yep thats the idea :)
 
if you keep the group together males/females/young, you will be better off. and you will have a faster breeding output that way, moving around can stress the females and cause territory problems. Especially if you add a male to an established female colony/group. rat females and mice females are aggressive, mice more so than rats, but you would be better off keeping them all together..

Yep very true . his was just a one shot thing .since rats communally nest ill leave them be next time .

Nice , im actually planing to make one more for my gf's mice and hamsters . and one for my snakes.
