It probably is from editing it on photobucket. Kiss was a band in the '70's that wore black and white face paint. Your fish looks like it has black makeup around the eyes.

The point is, since flowerhorns have red eyes naturally, it probably messed with the program on photobucket, making the eyes look strange.
