Thanks for the comments, Everything is looking happy. My feeder fish are growing like mad, one is 4 inches now. I have been hand feeding all the turtles shrimp and talapia so they have stopped attacking the fish, lol. I cant say if its the left overs from the turtle food or the age old kelp and superthrive, but something is making them grow like mad!

I thought that too but actually it is according to the history channels documentary i watched the other night its just tolerated but either way to each there own back to the turtle and the setup how large is the turtles tank it looks sorta small in the pic but it dosnt show the whole thing given what you've accomplished with an herb garden filtering it id say its awesome. Yeah the tank is way larger than it looks, the log thing takes up about a 4th of the tank.
My snapper needs a bigger home maybe. He is lazy he just walks to the nearest towel and lays down when i let me out of the tank.
Oh yeah i was thinking if you have any pets the eat plants you could grow food for them and clean your water at the same time. I think all human grade fish spoiled them...
