Don't really like the red lights but nice slates in the set up

Black gravel and tall growing plants would bring the score up to a 7. Less decor can be more decor. Over crowding a tank with decor is so annoying to clean and look at. Loose the laser also. If you follow all those it will bring you in the 9 range

I like it, it is very simplistic but allows all of the attention on the inhabitants of the aquarium.
