i'm gonna take some of the left over material from the stand and make a backround the same color of the stand ....

also i cant figure out what kind of fish i want i have only kept natives in the past but want to go with something really colorfull but dont know what to get
Very nice, you should get Electric Blue Jack Dempsey Cichlids, very colorful yet very costly, also great color would be about 10-20 assorted multicolor african cichlids, it's very eye-pleasing.

look good, just needs a background IMO. and also, if youre gonna stick with plastic plants, get some taller ones also :)

Go with the black background and rift lake cichlids. You'll love it!

Forget a background. It looks great. Maybe a couple more plants depending on what's going in there.

you should get like a really nice big piece of driftwood and stand it up vertically somewhere.
lol i think it looks coool.

it looks nice! i would slap a black background on, get a few longer fake plants for the back and a chunk of driftwood ..

what are you gonna put in there? looks great! id give it a 7 for now.. cant wait to see what else you do!!

I give it a 6. U need some taller plants and a background.
I would go with the african cichlids if ur looking for great colors at a cheap price.

I would give it an 8 because it is a good start. I think it is a very interesting idea that you will be using the same material as the stand for the background and I would like to see how that turns out. For fish I would recommend african cichlids, tetras, rainbow fish or south american cichlids-all colorful choices.

i'd give it a 10 on potential 6 as of right now background, taller plants, driftwood
