I would give that parrot fish a 9 absoloutly stunning! and remind me of an apple!

heres my new fish, if anyone could give me an id that would be great i think its a tom pot blenny but the problem with that is i caught him in native waters ( long island) and they are found in great britain ( i have 4 of these guys this dudes the biggest)
