killler sweet idea for a thread

I just did a bunch of moving of fish as I am shutting down most of my tanks at home to make way for a reno and install of a fish room.

So last night I monkied around with my tanks at my restaurant moving things and residents around hoping I did not mess up the balance to much. An interesting adventure since the balance was so nice but the effort of moving a 23 inch aro and a 19 inch tiger shovel to make sure they like their new homes and can't eat their tankmates.

Enough said I was about to take full tank shots of my tanks here at the restaurant and post them in my other thread so I will have 9 tanks to post here as well. Yet, please have mercy as 7 of 9 are works in progress LOLOLOL but when is a tank not a work in progress.

I will subscribe and post later in an hour or two

The eel tank I give a solid 9 of 10 a bit of nice soft corals would fix it up.

The bare bones 2 fish tank hmmm nice fish but I give it a 6 of 10 need something for the fish to hide behind to break the sand dune effect.

ok so here is the first full tank shot

It is a 230g 6ft, though I can't really give the stocking as it has many fish. I have mostly african cichlids but have snooks, loiselle and a couple of other nice cichlids in.

couple of tank shots

I expect that the snooks or knife will polish off some of the smaller cichlids but fish eat fish.

Here is mine 65 gal
Green Terror pair and a temporary home to female Jag male Loisellei and 2 polys

nice start on a reef you goin rock and fish only or doing corals

i give it a 7/10 would like to see it in a year

here is my 2nd to post my 180g

I was gonna go full on reef but my trigger keeps ripping the soft coral to bits so I gave up on that and whatever survives survives in terms of coral.

4 scats, scooter, mandaring, engineer goby, mated clowns, tomato clown, niger trigger, green mantis shrimp(clubber), juvi koran, vile tang and a dorie fish, and 2 urchin. This tank is a put together of 3 other tanks into 1 it has been up for roughly 4 months.

thanks. :) it's a FOWLR setup, it originally housted a menagerie of fish, including a large batfish, several tangs, large catfish etc, but most of them have died off & i haven't replaced them. right now it just has a tomato clown and some damsels. i think im going to convert it to fresh now.... maybe a flowerhorn or something i dunno.
