How on earth do you 'grade' a super mutt ,at the end of the day that is what FH are. Who knows what's in them at this point. It's not like there's a set standard for grading them.

Grade is not an opinion. Grade is irrelevant outside of showing and breeding though. Ask for your fish to be graded at some kind of competition, asking people to grade a fish with no widely recognized standard is ridiculous. That's when you'll get a dozen people telling you a dozen different things.
It's a good pet fish, what more do you need from it?

Breeding for conformation requires standards. Each club or show group will have standards drawn up, I've never seen it for fh but have lots of experience with goldfish grading. We as mfk could devise standards to judge fish by and then have an answer for people who ask about grading. I mainly see it in a negative light here though. People wanting a stroke or two for buying another "cool thing".
