Looks like a male Adinoacara stalsbergi 'Silver Saum'. They seem to be harder to come by now a days than the more common 'Gold Saum'.
A very nice young specimen. The patterning and coloration in the dorsal and anal fins are striking. Will turn out to be a winner. Here's my 2 year old 'rivulatus', a 10" male.
