Well, really for ANY fish but for now it will be my Morays' 1st meal since bringing them home a few days ago.

Is it safer/better to give this to them simply thawed-out or should I boil and chill before giving it to my fish?

Do not boil them as the cooking process will destroy what little nutrition the shrimp contains lol.

When I did use them I would leave the shells on if the fish were big enough to handle it.

When I used too have my snowflake eel, it didn't like the shell so I would peel it off. On the other hand my old jardini loved it with or without shell.

I give my moray shrimp with the shell seeing that is how they would eat it in the wild when i feed mine i let them thaw im sure eating it frozen or cook is bad for them
