Ray for Beginner/ Info

Who?Me?Lol don't know what your asking specifically,but if you mean the atlantic rays,None are fully freshwater,though I thought the ones from the St.Johns were?Or are they migratory?

Those stingrays ARE completely freshwater rays; however, they are the same species as the atlantic rays living in the ocean. Here's an excerpt and an article:

"the St. Johns River populations are unique because they are the only known populations of the Atlantic stingray that reproduce and complete their life cycle in a freshwater environment."

I would go with the atlantic ray too its a pretty good fist timer ray. I have 2 of them that i got from DrumTropic.com This guy has good qualitly rays that are cought in the st. johns river and kept in a fish farm while waiting for orders. You should check him out because he is cheaper as far as price for the ray and shipping. It comes out to 100 dollars all together.
 
There you go.... Atlantic rays aren't able to be kept in fresh...it's a limited population of them that happen to be found in the river there.
