Ray head swollen

Any idea what is going on with it? It has stopped eating and head looks swollen.

I'm thinking it has something to do with my 15" flagtail sucking at its slimecoat. I have placed it into a smaller tank and tonight ill be moving it to a 120 hospital tank by itself

Wow! That's crazy think it could be a bacterial infection? I've never seen this. Is it feeding?

Thought it has been days not hours... So no feeding. What are your water parameters? I don't thino it was your flagtail. I'm not seeing any damage?

I have seen this many years ago. To me it looks like a retention of body fluids caused by internal bacteria (Dropsy). My guess is it probably won't get better but if it was me I would raise the temp to 28 deg C and add salt, nothing to lose, I have had some success with other fish by doing this.
