Ray help needed

I couldn't trust my bigger CKs with rays. Ate feeders when young, one was pretty defensive at feeding time. Charged across the pond and nailed a ray in the process of hitting a piece of food a ray was after. I pulled them out after.....
However I had a smaller one and it became a ray snack...
Considering what's going on, why not eliminate it as a possability? When in doubt pull it out??? LOL

Well the male was dead this morning. I hope the rest make it ok. I put in a new uv bulb and added salt. Iguess all i can do is hope for the best.
He looked the same as the female...white on the bottom and slimy. No sign of struggle or anything. CRAZY....
The pike chiclid is gone. Im now treating with melafix. I hope this does the trick. The other two didnt eat very good tonight so i got some ghost shrimp and they went after those which is good. Wish me luck.
Sorry to hear about all the problems. Hopefully you lose nothing else. My big c.k. actually tries to hide under the rays disk all the time since there isn't a cave in there for it. It also left the pups alone when they where born, so I guess it all depends
