wow thats bad! dont ever buy a retic again, motoros are the way to go! they look better and are aggressive eaters. plus they can handle **** water for a lot longer timeframe than retics!

You know what really ticked me off when I received my ray? I was quite shocked in how small of a bag they shipped the ray in. My angelfish were shipped in a larger bag. Last ray I bought from my LFS sent him home in a 18 by 18 inch fish shipping box in a huge shipping bag. Cheap fish I guess that should have warned me...

Motoro's handle shipping alot better, not all retics ship bad, but once and awhile some do.
Don't let this keep you from getting more rays, whereever you get them.

Just want you to know though, the ray was in perfect health upon shipping him out, you can see no bones. Think shipping did this one in. What size bag did it come, not sure night crew packed and shipped this order. Happy to credit you.
