Hello,

In my opinion thats a Potamotrygon sp. Peru male, some call them Sasha or Nasca rays

In my opinion, that is an unidentified 'Marble' Ray..

Could be called Mantilla, Sasha, Nazca, and many others..

depends alot on where it was collected from, and/or if it was hybridized..

Not many people know facts on these rays, as they are un-ID'ed, and hybridization can produce these types of patterns, making it hard to ID simply by picture. (collection area, tail structure, etc, will all be part of the ID)

Check out this link..
http://www.stingraysource.com/StingraySource/dreamline/pUnID.htm

You will see how many varieties of Un-ID'ed marble rays there are..

i would say thats a nascar ray just is has sand on it and its bigger than the one in the pic
