The top one I would not pass on for that price, the bottom one could turn out amazing as well they just need time. With pups it's a roll of the dice...
It is unfortunate though that someone used a regular net to catch them and their spines got stuck. Hopefully that doesn't cause a problem later. Make sure you see them both eat well before buying.
