Sorry...give me full words please!Got a FTS?
Nice Motoro. As far as meds go, there is a sticky that explains the different meds and what each on can be used for. If the ray is healthy and eating, all you need is clean water. Wild caught rays can have parasites, but if its eating, I don't recommend stressing it further. You can try chopped night crawlers, chopped raw fresh shrimp, talipia, some will even take to pellets. Stick with what it likes and slowly mix in new foods. Enjoy.
Thanks for the good infos guyes.Nice motoro, if you are meaning in case of accident as in stuck by the spine there is also a sticky with a link that explains everything you should do.

I'm trying to make him eat some other foods like frozen shrimp etc but he only eat bloodworms....a lot of bloodworms actualy!Nice Motoro but looks pretty skinny. Feed him up![]()

i'm not talking about the ray, i'm talking about me!!!i would keep melafix and pimafix by the tank as a first resort.

to me...looks gorgeus!!!Try nightcrawlerslooks nice!

That's the best i have right now, that sticky thread...thanks m8.There is a sticky for switching rays to other foods too.
try mixing foods together. like add a little cut up shrimp with some bloodworms. like really small shrimp. freeze them together. the stingray will most likely eat it and have a sense of a little shrimp. add a little more shrimp after some time and when it is about 50 50 try feeding him shrimp. this sometimes work. and try night crawlers, small fish cuts, and everything.
Best advice i took so far is to put the hurt arm in hot water.
But i don't think this can save me from the poison...![]()
I believe you.Actually it will. The catalyst in the toxin is based on a compound protein the breaks down in heat. Hot water stops the venom from working.
