ray pond

just after a few opinions on this indoor pond idea i have
is this big enough or more importantly suitable for 2 rays for life

the obvious question is will it be deep enough or is depth not important?

ive done a rough sketch on paint so you can see what my aim is

I have seen ray ponds that are about this size. I would say that you are OK to go.

breeding was the ultimate goal !..... is depth that important to breeding???

I would go deeper and bigger. Give them some room. maybe 8 feet long and not 6. and then go 24 inch deep.

... bare in mind its only going to be 16-18" deep.

the inside of the pond will be lined with polystyrene (to help retain some heat)
and then the pond liner.... will the mdf be ok?
