  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Very nice! Love the rays
Don't they get a bit stressed without cover, though? Or have they figured out that nothing's going to eat them?

Thankyou all for the nice comments! Your aro is looking good Jim, bet you can't wait to move the divider out.
B Betta132 the rays are fine without sand, I've never kept wild caught Ray's. I'd imagine they would benefit from having sand... Maybe a point for discussion

Cheers, divider is a pain but I'm kind of use to it. I have one small pup that is a fussy feeder otherwise the divider would be out now. Aro is now the other side of divider with the big guns and doing brilliantly. Sand is my preference for rays all day long. I have very large rays that still like to bury from time to time but not often. I prefer the sand more from a stimulus point of view as all rays enjoy blowing around in sand for food, even though there is never any food left in the sand lol, but it gives them something to do.

I keep going back to the idea of adding sand, I'm seriously thinking about adding it to the 7' as that's more like a display tank. Don't even want to think about adding it to the pond
