the male mm is well past the point of getting better. im positive he has brain damage. when he was eating it used to take him along time to realise there was food there and he would swim over it looking for it for ages before some hit his mouth then he would realise it was there.

im seriously concidering putting him to sleep.

the female motoro is perfectly fine, feeding as normal and active again. its my pearls im worried about. there not loosing weight and they look healthy. its just the totaly change in personallity and feeding habbits im worried about. they are so slow to feed now were as before they used to dive on there food and eat like pigs.

so uch bad grammar did someone skip out on english in school

I would say, just keep on top of the water, not alot else to do.If the chemical has affected them hopefully they will pick up again in a week or two when the system is clear. I wish the very best of luck, hope it all comes good for you,it must me a very worrying time.

today i have removed the wood incase the treatment has leached into it. ill give it a good clean and put it back when everything is back to normal.
i have also added sand to give them a place to hide.

ive noticed there pattern has started to run. there spots are merging into each other and looks like its melting around the edges. i sure sighn of stress. they are feeding still but very little. mainly bloodworm.

the female motoro took the changes on the chin and is now loving the sand, digging and flicking and all over the tank, she is a true hardy girl.

its my pearls and only my pearls i am worried for. they should be alot happier now as they have somewere to hide instead of trying to get all 3 of them under the wood.

Maybe the treatment cant be blamed for the male motoros state but surley its the only thing that can have nocked the pearls back???
