Hi guys, one of my Henlei had the rubber thing on the stinger (from the shipper to prevent puncture during shipping I assume) but the stinger is now stuck on her tail (in a reverse position)! Should I manually remove it or let it fall off eventually?

Not sure how you mean stuck on her tail in a reverse position. But most people leave the tubing on till it sheds the stinger.

I had this problem with a henli also though it stung it's self in the back and didn't make it

I'm guessing you are basing the 'reversed' comment on seeing a blunt end showing? If so, it may just be blunt from being trimmed off prior to the barb being sleeved. You can take off the tip as a new barb grows in, you can clip the very tip buut the length of the barb is still there - just blunt.
