I turned my lights on about 15 min ago and noticed that the tip of my 12 inch male rays stinger was chiped and exposed then I notice that the tail fin of my 12 inch pbass has a huge black spot on it and in the center of the black spot is a gash were it clearly struck! 
Its towrds the bottom of the tail right after the muscle connects to the fin on the fin. the fin is swollen and the black spot can be seen on both sides the stinger did not go all the way threw.
It must have been an accident because they never bother each other...
Is there anything I can do and will my cichla make it???
